Those binding posts will accept banana plugs or clamp down on bare wire.

  • You could take some alligator clip leads and clip them onto an audio plug but that usually slips off easily.
  • You could cut a stereo RCA cable in half and strip the wires and attach them to the posts, if you're up for dealing with cutting insulation off fiddly thin wires.
  • You could buy a cable that's already bare-ended like this one I just found on Amazon, no idea if it's any good.
  • You could string together common adapters until it fits. This is likely to be expensive, but reliable and (debatably) neat-looking.
    • You could use a RCA to BNC connector followed by a BNC to banana plug adapter, times two, at a cost of $20ish unless you find a cheap source.
    • Or, 1/4" to dual banana plug adapters are a thing, as are 3.5mm or RCA to 1/4" plugs.
    • Or make your own adapter cable if that's something you care to do — which can be a later upgrade to "clamp wires on the posts".

In any case, if you find yourself dealing with wires: the left channel goes to the vertical red post, the right channel goes to the horizontal red post, and ground goes to either one (or both, whichever is convenient) of the black posts below them marked GND.

Then make sure the HOR/FREQ SELECTOR is set to EXT INPUT and fiddle with the rest of the knobs until it fits on screen nicely.

Product on US Amazon for reference:

As fuzeebear says, your speakers are passive, they need to be fed by an amplifier, and the coax connector of your E10k is for the wrong sort of signal entirely.

However, your E10k is an amp of sorts -- it is meant for headphones, not speakers. But there are many similarities between headphones and speakers.

Your E10k is meant to put out about 200mW into a load of 32Ω (or greater). I am unfamiliar with the Ladro speakers, but I suspect that they have a load impedance of 8Ω. So if you were to connect from the headphone output to the speakers using a cable such as the one linked above (or strip the wires from an old broken pair of earbuds) the E10k would try to put out as much as 800mW to the speakers, but would probably run into current limitations of its transistors much before then, start to distort, and then any louder or longer you would risk damage.
I have used DACs like this with such cables just to verify that speakers are working, but it is not safe to play them loud, nor reasonable to expect that it would be loud enough for regular listening.

$15.00??? Wow!

You can't tell by the photo, but there are two sets of black & red (+ & -) wires coming from this. The question about it was answered in the Answered Questions

Often the photos used on Amazon aren't the best quality, not shot at a good angle and sometimes not enough photos to show all sides of the product.

I am aware of the audio extractor option but would prefer a cleaner set-up.
