I've been experimenting with home roasting these single origin beans for past couple weeks. I think I've finally dialed in the appropriate roast and grind size to bring out the flavors I like, and have been enjoying the coffee ok, but i still find it a little bland. Seems to be best brewed 1-2 wks after roasting. I'd prefer to have a bean with more of a nutty flavor, can anyone recommend a raw bean to try ?

Ive roasted these beans: https://www.amazon.com/Single-Unroasted-Coffee-Specialty-Nicaraguan/dp/B014THN4OI/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1522262091&sr=8-3&keywords=nicaraguan+green+coffee+beans and made cold brew concentrate 4 oz of coffee for every 2.5 cups of water. after it brews for 12-16 hours ill pour half of the concentrate over ice in the glass and then dilute it with another half of milk or water. Seriously turns out incredible. Also any fruity african beans like Kenya Kirinyaga Thunguri AB or Ethopian kochere always comes out delicious when cold brewed.
