Prinsu and Rhino (pretty sure) make one specifically for access cab. I can’t speak for the rhino, but I love the prinsu. I have the lightbar cutout and use it quite a bit to light up fields to play fetch with the dogs at night time. I will say, if you get the prinsu, make sure to get the t-slot channel [cover](80/20 Inc, 2820, 10 Series, Black Economy T-Slot Cover https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EZVOZYC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_nvNt2fFFJYXvz) It’ll help keep wind noise down

I bought the rack with a Heretic bar and a deflector with a cut out, but the light came with terrible mounts, so I put the rack on without the light bar and would get ridiculous amounts of noise and between 35 and 45 mph I would get terrible vibration. Entire truck felt like I am driving on a washboard. I did not think it would be rack related, but that was the only thing that I changed on the truck. Removed the rack and the vibration disappeared, so I figured it had something to do with all those slots in the HD cross bars, because I used to have a homemade kayak mount made out of 2x4 for a couple of weeks and had 0 vibration, but lost of noise. I figured all those slots created a bunch of turbulence.

I bought about 30 of these strips, cut them to size and put them in all front slots, because I am not planning on using front slots anyway. Used the left overs to put them in bottom slots facing the roof. That completely eliminated all vibration and once put the light bar on, it got rid of the noise too. Had the rack on the cab for almost a year now don't hear any noise.

Took me almost a year to drill my topper and install the rails so I could mount the shell rack. Used leftover strips on it too and do not have any additional noise.
