Added a couple drops of flow aid (I used Liquitex) to help with the transfer. I don't recommend doing it metallics as it makes them too thin.
These are the ones I use. A GW pot will mostly fill it, and a P3 pot will barely fit. Filling them is pretty simple with a small funnel or two. I use these, but any that are the small enough to fit inside, but big enough to set the pot of paint onto will do.
