I actually don't think there's a single Switch case on the market without a flap in the middle.
My recommendation for a case still remains a shining recommendation for the AmazonBasics case. It's cheap, durable af, and holds everything you'd want to carry with you and protect inside it.
I have one similar to this one and it is good for carrying around a couple games and an extra set of Joycons or two.

I just use the cheap AmazonBasics one and remove the flappy thing.
