I got it for way cheaper than currently listed, it was actually an add on item then. Just saying that the price fluctuates wildly if you wanted to watch it for awhile.
There aren't really any with the slim form factor - even the ones listed on here wouldn't do much to keep pressure off the sticks.
There are a few slightly chunkier ones with cutouts for the sticks though, like this thing:

logo or not, these cases all scream "nintendo switch" since there currently is nothing else that has quite these(long thin rectanglesque dimensions
you could use one that has deliberately a different form factor https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Travel-Storage-Nintendo-Switch-Yellow/dp/B074C83C5T/ the red one could probably be made to look like a medkit

for generic cases, make sure they're not pressing any buttons (particularly the joycon shoulder buttons, and analog sticks). otherwise the switch might wake inside the case and overheat

I can throw it in a bag, and really not worry about it getting knocked around to much.
Only holds the system and some games you won’t fit extra controllers or anything else in there
If you look on Amazon they're's a pretty thin plastic hardcase by Amazon basics which would be pretty good for commuting

Always use this guy to take my switch off shore with me and it’s held up great, doesn’t fit a pro controller but I always have my backpack so I can throw one in there
