It seems like a huge ripoff for actually acquiring cards. basically what they're saying is if you're willing to pay just 90% what an entire pack is worth, we'll give you 1/20th of that pack.
I looked up some of the netrunner cards you might actually want singles for, stuff like kati jones and same old thing and desperado and Jackson Howard.

And those other cards include super popular stuff, like the most popular criminal (andromeda), HQ interface, quality time, Eve campaign, etc
Jackson howard comes from a pack that is a bit more rare. You can buy 3x jackson for 12 pounds, or the pack he comes in for 14 pounds. so thats 2 pounds to go from having 3 cards to 60.
hell, one desperado is 8 pounds, A THIRD THE COST OF AN ENTIRE CORE SET. So is san san city grid. Any of the really popular one ofs form the core set are $8. If you want three of one, or one each of three, you could just get a whole extra core set and you'd get about a billion cards thrown in free.
Seriously. If you add up the costs of a playset of the best two cards in any pack, that site would charge you over what the pack was worth. In fact, for most packs if you wanted to order a playset of singles of the best two cards, they'll charge you about 1.5x the cost of just buying the pack and getting those cards +18 other playsets.
And now if you ever want other cards from that pack, guess what, you're buying the whole pack anyways, so the fact you purchased those singles is worthless, you just flushed money.
The one and only situation I could see it making sense is if you damage exactly one card from a pack and will never want extras of any of the cards in the pack but you want to keep a playset of that card. Then it might make sense to buy a single
