I’ve heard of nicotine and completely forgot about them. They are super cheap and if you get the beakers it won’t matter the quantity you get. Also, I got 50ml dropper bottles too that are measured out correctly if you want to do the shake to mix method.

The drinking more water shouldn’t hurt with water retention and that combined with potassium will help. Just take potassium with food or it could mess your stomach lining up.
