This is it right here. Overall its a little flimsy, nothing too sturdy or high quality. You definitely get what you pay for

I recently bought two types to try out. Check out the pictures below for a sample of sizing that I took while trying to organize part of my collection below last month.

The Atlantic Media Shelves are one of the best things you can buy. Also free shipping because Amazon!
The also come in many different sizes depending on how big your collection is.
I'm also a big fan of the build it yourself method. A few 1x6 boards and some screws goes a long way.

All depends on how much you want to change up your area. Something like this could do both display and storage while still looking very nice in a dining area. You could also do the cube shelf units and then use various containers for the pieces.

I use a large media shelf for displaying smaller sets and then regular bookshelves for modular buildings. I have a large industrial shelf that I use with plastic shoe boxes for pieces as well as Akro-Mills and Plano containers for the smaller pieces or the unusual pieces I don't have a lot of.

If it helps, what I ended up doing was doing a simple sketch of the room I prefer to build in and then drew in how I wanted to do storage. It helped me figure out exactly what I wanted for storage and display and how I wanted the room to look.

Get a large media holder. I would recommend one able to hold about twice the media you want to put on it. I got a 1,000 CD capacity shelf for under $100 (similar to this), and I use it to store my DVDs and BluRays. My media represents one of the few aspects of my life that is well organized, and I attribute most of that success to my storage shelf.

My dream is 3 of these with one in the middle and two of them perpendicular to form a little movie cave.

Oh man, I'd love to have a shelf like that... I'm currently using a book case, and while it works, it's way too deep and has way too much space between each shelf for efficient organization of my stuff without making anything hard to access.

These are what I use and they work fantastically for DVDs, Blu-Rays, Vita games, DS games, and pretty much anything else. Each shelf is an adjustable size. If you don't need one that big, they make smaller sizes (fewer columns).
