The downside is that it does not work as well if you are squatting, getting in and out of a chair, or similar, although I have run in it and it worked well. I tried backsquatting in it, and it rode up to the point of being useless. It was fine if I was just sitting, but I don't really need support now while sitting. I'm 22w and fairly small, so if you're bigger or further along it might stay better.
I was about to buy that one yesterday, but then I found this one for $10 cheaper and the only difference I could find was that it is black instead of being!
