It's a Giant Revolt 0 with a few upgrades. I swapped the saddle to a chinese carbon one similar to the S Works Power saddle, but with slightly thicker padding. I had a Sram Red Quarq from a previous bike, so I fitted that as well.
The stock rotors were 160mm, but I swapped those out for 140s. I have good carbon road wheels for my Propel which has 140mm rotors and I wanted to be able to put them straight in if I want to do a road ride on it. As a 70 kg rider I've found no loss in braking performance from the switch, but the same may not be true for heavier riders.
This last upgrade replaced the stock alloy stem and flared alloy gravel handlebar which didn't suit my preferred riding position. I played with a couple of different stems and bars to get the right fit, before committing to the setup here.
The headset cap in this photo is also a gopro mount, but I'll soon be replacing that. I'll fit a spoon-style mount with a gopro mount underneath.
