Daily, I'll have about 1-2 sessions. I use about .15g (half a oven), and I add a stainless steel pipe screen to fill the rest of the oven (so the herb isn't loose.) I can typically get about three sessions on low > med > high temps (make sure you rotate the herb with a pick between sessions.)

Edit:
Cleaning isn't a big problem. The only issue is a stuck mouthpiece every once in a while (if you haven't cleaned it in a week or so), but I recently bought propylene glycol and apply it every cleaning session and have had no problems since.

Edit 2: If you're in a group setting, there's no need for the screen, just fill the oven to a full .3g.
