Cool concept, but the rolling resistance of those fat tires alone is going to be a problem for a human powered vehicle, even if it is electric assist (which just adds weight). There's no way it's ~45lbs with all that, even if the body is 100% carbon fiber. Then if it IS carbon Fiber, there's no way it's less than $1000... Hell, this bike here is electric assist and DIY'd and it was barely under $1K
Now if it's actually a high priced power wheel where it's constructed of super thin plastic and uses Solid ABS wheels/tires... I might believe it.
