The closest by quality / reputation is this Gigabyte H81, but you lose two RAM slots and a few SATA ports.
I'm not surprised that the ASRock is in such high demand. Their motherboard quality has gone way up with the last few chipsets and their prices are terrific.
This motherboard seems to be recommended a lot by choosemypc.net. It's kind of on the cheaper side so I was wondering how it is from experience. I have a locked Haswell 4590 so no overclocking for me.
