I think it's only worth it if you use the cable management clips for other purposes because they're sold in bulk.

Cable management clips

As far as springs, I used spare extension springs that I found somewhere in my dad's garage. These can be purchased at local hardware stores like Home Depot. The extension springs link is just for reference to show what type I used. Just pick the best length and flex for your personal setup.
