I've got a Hirsch strap on my Montblanc and I think its a great piece. Not sure what kind of quality leather you'll get for under $30, but the Hirsch straps are about $40 and well worth it.
My Ball (pre-owned) came with an Orion strap that is pretty nice, though the buckle is ungainly) and it seems pretty nice as well.
The DW strap you linked seems pretty good, why not just go for it?
It's a Hirsch, got it off Amazon, the loops are getting worn so I'm def due for a new one, been like two years.
I am trying to decide between your strap and a Hirsch Liberty. What would you go with?
You linked a picture to the Hirsch Liberty, seen here on Amazon. I have a brown one and I love it, just be sure to get the correct lug width.

I was convinced
I got a Citizen eco-drive for $160, put a $40 Italian black leather band on it.
Never needs batteries and is more then accurate enough. I Couldn't be happier
