well speed is key ;) I go almost every day so I know what day the truck comes to take it all. I use a grabber and a stepladder. I usually try not to climb in unless its something i just can pass up. The grabber does most the reaching.
I can tell you that finding games is RARE (this is my first game find in 5+ months of diving). You will probably get a lot of empty cases (the DS ones are what seems to be popping up a lot due to saving space in the store).
