My goal for next year is to get fit enough to pass off as a DBZ character for halloween. Constant exercise and a proper diet are all I really need. But it's always nice to have gym gear that motivates or even a few small accessories that keep me reaching for new limits.
I do all of my working out at home, with basically no equipment. I have a doorway pull-up bar, but other than that, it's all bodyweight fitness. ^(yup, there's a sub for that)
I'd be glad to share my routines and ideas with anyone interested. And if anyone needs a motivation adoption, I work out every day and would be happy to add "remind someone to reach goal" to my schedules.
