I have been putting together these two Go Bags over the last month or so to store in each of my two cars.
The bags I used are Red Rock Outdoor Gear Rover Sling Pack (Coyote and Olive Drab)

I got this from Amazon. Comes with three that are individually sealed.
I agree that it isn't a deal breaker. You are an attractive guy. You look tallish.
However, if your nose bothers you, have you considered rhinoplasty? I do think it would improve your look.
As far as your lips.... . I highly recommend Eos Lip Balm. Stay away from Chapstick as it has an addictive ingredient that will make you lick more and keep you with perpetually chapped lips.
