Looks like the Chessex font.

I think your dice are white so they might be these, but if they're off-white/ivory they might be these.

I will offer you this advice, they're going to be hard as hell to read.

I had all manner of dice over the years...and I've settled using these because I got real tired of having to pick up the die to read the damn number.
