I'm a giver, rather than a receiver, but I can share a couple of experiences with you.
The worst one is easy! I was getting things ready for a wine enema, which I had never tried before. (As a disclaimer, alcoholic enemas are risky, and like any new activity, they should not be tried without sufficient research and preparation.) I partially filled the red enema bag and hung it from the shower rod. Suddenly, the tubing came loose from the neck of the bag, and wine spurted everywhere. It took a while to clean all that up, so I ended up drinking the rest of the wine and skipping the enema. :)
The first time I used a double Bardex was also quite an adventure. I didn't realize I needed to clamp the tubing together, so it went flying and spraying all over the bathroom, too--thankfully, that was just water!
Sometimes, we do retention enemas where he is diapered up, probably with an inflatable plug, and has to please Mommy before he can release, like running the vacuum or performing oral sex.
On one cruise we took, he had to have a small enema with the double Bardex in exchange for permission to drink alcohol that day. He also has a shower attachment, which I might have him use if we're going to be away from the house all day. He has ankle restraints attached to the toilet, and he has to lock himself in and wait for me to come wipe and flush. He's a lifestyle ABDL, so the only time he's allowed to use the potty is during enema release, and it's locked shut the rest of the time.
