Toothbrush (with integrated toothpick). An individual one of these weight less than a tenth of a gram.

I really try to brush/floss after eating. Keeping these: https://www.amazon.com/Colgate-Wisp-Peppermint-16-Brushes/dp/B001TH8Y60, along with travel floss in my purse and/or go bag for places (airport bathrooms; grungy bars; or even my office if I don't have time to get to the ladies for a proper cleaning) I don't want to use a toothbrush has been helpful
I like to use these or these. The breath strips (link 2) are by far the easiest, pop one into your mouth and go about your business. I personally am freakish about my oral hygiene so I usually use the brushes instead and just do it in my car or the restroom.
Keep a small stockpile of these in the car.
They aren't perfect, but they'll get the job started, at the very least.

$4 for 16! that's amazing! I looked at those a while back and they were stupid expensive. Buying now!
I keep these nearby always (next to bed, in the car, everywhere).
My boyfriend will be sent to Afghanistan soon. Is a wifi signal easy to find or should we rely on netbook/laptops for webcaming? What's an unusual thing that the troops love to get in the mail? For example, I've heard that the troops love the Colgate wisps. Also, do they actively check all the stuff for porn? Will I need to encrypt it before sending it to him?
