I actually can't stand the lumbar cushions as they make the pain worse for me. This seems to help with some of the shooting down the leg pains.

My back pain basically went away. In addition, you can do some exercises that help. I believe a major cause of chronic back pain is either your core or your glutes so you can try some exercises like glute bridges. Something like 3x10 glute bridges each night should help in the long run.

This one has helped me a one. I can sit on it for quite some time (around 160 lbs) and be alright.
I have tried "gaming" chairs and "deck" chairs and I really despise them all. They don't stay still because of the wheels and swively bits. I much prefer a plain wooden dining chair with a Coccyx Cushion on it.
Not only plan for the wait time but also the traffic. A friend almost missed her flight yesterday because of two different crashes.
