Unfortunately, I don't have a suggestion for a wifi card, but why not route an Ethernet cable over the door frames? You can use these 3M Command Strips to hang it on the wall without using nails or other methods that would ruin the wall/paint.

I thought of flipping the top around, but the cord "tray" runs along the back, so having it in front won't do. Flipping the top over means I'm stuck with the big pilot holes on the other side. But I forgot about the binder clip idea! I'm thinking I can run just the laptop cable around to the left side of the desk and hold it up like that. Thanks, guys!

EDIT: Realized there is nowhere to clip a binder clip, but this did make me think to check out the Command product line. Amazon gave me these babies. Now to find $22 worth of stuff to fill up my cart.
