They have a charging version too but apparently the rechargeable battery wears out fast and they don’t offer just the battery.
I set my controllers on controller stands. They make custom ones to match a lot of the specialty controllers. Microsoft sells them.

Hey! It's this although isn't available any more (in the UK at least). I had to order it in from the US when I got it.
It isn't a charging dock sadly. It's a controller stand.
