Through a series of mechanistic steps to remove all the cannabinoids separately. They probably use some type of fractional method.

Here you can see that there is variation the BP of cannabinoids. One way to fraction them (I.e. separate) is to first use a solvent they all have a high affinity for, extract them out of the flower matrix (I.e. the nugs), then heat the mixture in an apparatus with some type of fractional set up (similar to how to beer is distilled). A really basic set up would be to use a KD with a snyder column. As the mixture heats up and begins to escape into the gas phase, it will hit resistance at the balls in the column and be condensed back down into the KD. As the heat increase, molecules with lower BP will be able to escape past the balls of the column first, while heavier molecules will take more time. You would hook up another piece of glass wear that collects the distillate.

This is a really simple scenario and I doubt it's exactly what they use, but the framework is likely the same.
