I’ve seen first aid bandage wrap that sticks to itself (only) so “tape” may not be accurate. The idea is a mom with kid in stroller probably has or can find this easily, by making an extra turn at drugstore or supermarket, when buying diapers, wipes, or detergent. Instead of sports store for tennis grips.
