I got a cheap one of Amazon - footage is alright, but battery life is already slightly terrible. It last long enough for two commutes though so doing the job for now. I'll see how I find riding with it and maybe upgrade to proper GoPro down the line.

I paid £40 for the first one, then £28 for the second on prime day. 32Gb micro SD cards are about £5.50 and the camera comes with the necessary mounting hardware and batteries. The battery life isn't great (a little over an hour at 1080p60) but that is good enough to get me to and from work.
Other generic models which could well be the same with a different badge are available for about the £30 mark I think.
