Go to a doctor, you may have a painful buildup of ear wax. That tends to happen by the age of around ~35ish for most people.

If that is indeed the cause, they will probably tell you to get some Debrox and put drops in your ears a few times a day for a week or two, then come back to them and they'll do a professional ear washing.

If you have bad wax buildup, by the time you need to do something about it, H2O2 can't save you. On top of that, you then run the risk of getting liquid caught behind the earwax, suffer short term hearing loss, and increased risk of infection. If you need to do something like this, just go straight for the Debrox, and then consider the curette. Just be careful not to wreck your eardrum.

I use this special ear syringe along with an earwax softener.

I use this stuff once every month or two. It works well.

I don't know if it's a good idea to pour hydrogen peroxide into your ear. I would consult a doctor before trying that.
