You could try these screen darkening sheets. I have them or something similar on a few bright LCD screens and they work pretty well. Just cut to size and stick on!

She could always get these. I use them on my modem to keep it from blinding me at night.
I have a few electronics like this and bought some Dim It sheets to help. It might not look great on the white finish though.

Full size integrated amps or receivers don't usually have USB input so keep the D10.
Instead of Bluetooth, add WiFi streaming to anything without either. Tibo BOND MINI or a Chromecast Audio if you can find one or Alexa Input or Dot have WiFi as well as Bluetooth. Or Docooler M5 AudioCast HIFI Music Receiver Airplay DLNA IOS & Android Airmusic or Yamaha WXAD10.

I think the whole thing doesn't get dark enough, but my 6 has some orange lights that stay way too bright. I put some dimming film over the headlight indicator and some other places that bugged me.

They sell light dimming tape. We have a super bright blue LED digital alarm clock that brightened the whole room...it was terrible.
