Director's Series, Vol. 1 - The Work of Director Spike Jonze - DVD Used Like New
Three of the top four videos (as of right now) in this post were all directed by Spike Jonze. Get the DVD set, it's worth it.

Here it is on Amazon! It's a phenomenal collection. I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone into music videos, Spike Jonze, or both.
Jonze also did this one. There's a DVD collection of Jonze's music videos. They all blow me away. I like his movies but loved his vision for stuff like this.

It comes with a book of his sketches, ideas, scripts, interviews, and has all his videos with commentary.
He is an owner of Palm Pictures, the distributor of these great DVDS, so in buying the disc you support him quite a bit.
This is a wonderful video, and simply one of many by Spike Jonze.
While these collection don't begin to cover all of them, I recommend the Director's Series DVD sets that feature Spike Jonze and others. The Directors Label series is pretty great. Spike Jonze, Chris Cunningham, Mark Romanek, and Michel Gondry in particular are well worth the money.

This video was directed by Spike Jonze-- I think the low quality might be partially a stylistic choice (shot on VHS handicam or something), but this video is included on the Spike Jonze director's series DVD:
