Kanna. You are going to want to look into kanna. Amazon has it here under the name Zembrin and places like bouncing bear sell the powdered form. Some use it for recreation, though reports vary on whether it just alters your mood or actually makes you high. In either case, it's stronger than St. Johns Wort.
Where do you get "safe long term" from? I couldn't find any studies on TriStill.
Edit: I am very curious to try it, but also very cautious. I don't know much about Kanna and it's use or safety. What if TriStill stops making their stuff in a few months or it gets banned in the country or something?
Also where do you recommend getting Zembrin? I'm in Canada and don't see a good supplier for either. I found this but I'm assuming it's not that great a product:
