The best one I've had so far is the Tobias one:

I always liked their other supplements (fish oil and whatever else) so I thought I'd give this a try, and it's been amazing for me so far. There's only 30 pills but I only had to take 3 to get things back in order... Now maybe I'll take one every 1-2 weeks to keep it healthy (depending on how poorly I eat over a given timeframe.) So one bottle will probably last me 6 months easy.

For prebiotics (and some probiotics) I take Dr Tobias prebiotics + probiotics supplement: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00XJR4XGI/ref=mp_s_a_1_sc_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1526153273&sr=8-1-spell&keywords=drtobias+prebiotics

For most of my probiotics, I use VSL#3 from my local pharmacy

I used to feel how you're feeling - depressed, anxious, cloudy. I've been using this Probiotic (and Prebiotic of the same brand) for 4 months and feel fantastic.

Best of luck internet friend.

Another thing you can try adding to your treatment:

You WILL need probiotics to help replace the bad stuff.

Most of what are called pre-biotics these days are plant based short chained fatty-acids (SCFA) which doesn't feed the bad stuff, but can be fermented by the good stuff. This starves the bad bacteria and feeds the good bacteria. These work Ok.

There is a new class of prebiotic, which is a macrophage. This is a hunter-killer macrophage white cell which targets Candida and the bad bacteria, but which do not harm the good bacteria. The idea is that if you kill off the bad stuff, the good stuff will be better able to be thrive. So, this will help kill the Candida, Clostridia, et al but won't harm the good stuff like traditional antibiotics and antifungal meds.

I have no connection with this company other than a satisfied customer, but I haven't had time to see who else are selling these macrophage prebiotics.

Prebiotics: This does not contain probiotics, but will target the bad germs in your gut:

probiotics: this contains spore forming probiotics, which are more effective at populating the gut.

pre/probiotics: This is a combo product that contains the macrophage prebiotics as well as spore probiotics

That's interesting, luckily probiotics are in a few of my favorite food items too. But It's one I found on Amazon, the reviews were pretty good so I thought I'd try it to add to my diet.

I figured my options were limited to surgery. I have not ruled out the possibility of having another child. But he says that I should still be able to after surgery. Obviously it's possible that's not true. But surgery always has risks. That being said I have decided I will have surgery, when I can afford it. I tried the IUD some years back which seemed to work at the time but my last gyn didn't want to do it and my specialist only does surgery. So waiting it is! He did tell me I should get a colonoscopy though. But i've seen pictures where women had adhesions and tissue on their diaphrams, colons, bladders....this is an ugly disease. Thank you for your suggestions and input!
