How do you make those white text on black plastic labels? Like this. Do you need to use one of these manual "embossing" label makers or are there electric versions (like this)

I use this! I put 4-5 spaces after the last letter or number and then I peel a little bit of the protector off the back on that end so only a little bit of the adhesive is showing and stick that to the opposite end of the label so nothing is touching the cigar.

One of the challenges is “printing white”.

This will do it (white print on clear labels):

I used it for my power panel

  • I use these bags to organize everything

and a myriad of other small parts pertaining to surveillance system installs, and screw bits for my drill, and i even have secured walkies for when i have multiple employees on site. plus i have to admit bluetooth headsets for when i have to deal with helpdesks or tech support while i'm on site... did i mention i do a lottttt of contract work. i'm all over the place. every now and then i run into things that this kit can't handle but for the most part i come away with a rather professional look.

I bought this one you can hook it up to the computer and do more complicated stuff, but I am just looking to not kill my family.

I use a Dymo LabelManager 280 and off-brand NineLeaf Tape.

I then print out the label twice, then cut it. I unpeal the backing and then use the sticky sides to stick the label to itself a la the photo below. Occasionally the stickers will slip back and forth but they don't come off.

I use one of these. Don't laugh, it works very well. I label the side of the vial with the name of the ink.

On the top of the cap, I swab ink onto one of these, so I can just glance at it and say "oh, it's a blue ink."

I'm at work right now, but if you'd like I can take a picture of one when I get home.
