Just get a piece of wood cut out to fit under it. Then go buy some dynamat and attach it to the wood block. It's a sound dampener, so problem solved.

I just got back from the audio shop. I’m so glad that I did the sound deadening, not only did that get rid of the rattles, but my car is quieter, and the interior feels more contained. Somehow, the sunroof vibration has disappeared as well, but I need to do few more drives to verify that.
It actually cost me close to $300, but if you don’t want to spend that type of money, you can always buy the material, and do it yourself. I recommend this:

If you want something cheap -- depending on the size -- look for old-style rubber mouse pads (they have some big ones at one of the office stores around here for about $8 apiece), or go to something like Dick's sporting goods store and get one of those foam cushions you sit on on bleachers. You could also look at something like the padding squares they sell at Home Depot or Loewes. The kind that link together.
I use those rubber mouse pads with some dynamat xtreme I had left over from installing a car stereo under it. The dynamat is basically a sheet of aluminum with tar on it. It really cuts the amount of vibration I can feel from my speakers through my desk. I have some under my home theater subwoofer, too, but have never checked to see if it makes a big difference.
And check your connections. You never know.
