This would be very helpful to massage out my knots or this to ice my feet after a long day at work. I stand 10-14 hours a day and I have joint issues so I need some help please!

My favorite color at the moment is purple. It recently changed to purple from pale yellow.

Not a brace, but if you ever need to ice (or heat) your ankle, this works so well. Envelopes your foot/ankle in cold - everything blue is gel that gets cold.
