It is very hard to fit this into $1000 with new components. I got it to about $900 without the El Gato HD60 Pro which you can get on amazon for $130

If it needs to be cheaper you can just get a cheaper keyboard/mouse. Seems to be a lot of Corsair. I wouldn’t downgrade any of the computer components
Put this in between the XBOX and the TV. Setup OBS on your PC and you can stream absolutely anything that you would normally see on your TV.
