Just another WiFi scale recommendation. I've tried a couple of others, but this one stood out at being one of the better ones (if not the best) in terms of the app and reliability:

> I’m gonna buy a body fat scale that has Bluetooth and and an app tonight
I have 2 cheap ones, if I were to buy one now I'd pick this one.

I've done ADF, it was tough. I think the most I did was 3 sets in a row.
> A lot of people tell me I look skinny and I’m overdoing it but I think we all know good is the enemy of great, and also, if you’re tall, you can carry / hide things well
I don't mean it in an offensive way, but for me it's hard to see how someone 6 feet 200 lbs could look "too skinny". I like using this BMI site, and putting in your stats gives a 27. I think the people around you are just so used to you looking a certain way, anything less looks weird to them. 170 puts you dead center in the normal BMI zone. You're on the right track, keep going.
> You definitely started closer to your ideal weight so I think it’s slightly different
Yeah, no one in my personal life noticed any difference, and that's because at my weight with a shirt on, it's just not noticeable.
> I’m also eating ketogenically
Are you doing it to lose weight faster?
> (I can definitely run5/6 miles if I want)
Is that how far you normally run? How often do you run? I've only recently started doing longer runs of like 8+ miles. I'm sort of in a crunch mode trying to up my mileage every week to be ready for my first marathon in November.
I have a eufy smart scale that is $30 on Amazon. Clean mobile app and consistent readings.
