I made my own by buying two buck modules like these (https://www.amazon.com/eBoot-LM2596-Converter-3-0-40V-1-5-35V/dp/B01GJ0SC2C/) and wiring +9VDC and +5VDC. I then put them in a 3D printed case I designed and powered the input side of the modules with a generic AC/DC PSU (https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-100-240V-Transformers-Switching-Wireless/dp/B073WSWT34) that had enough capacity to drive everything (3A).

The only downside is it doesn't provide 9VAC, which is needed for the RTC and possibly some peripherals.

The regulators were $4, 3D material $1-$5, PSU $9. The wire was probably $1 and the grommet $1. I salvaged the power connector (DIN 45329) and soldered into it, but you may be able to find those for $2 (https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/REAN-Neutrik/NYS323G?qs=sGAEpiMZZMvf6myxbP4FpHeA2rMiar4t9tRsaFKojIY%3D)

Total cost: time + $18 to $22 + development costs (failed 3D cases, buying some items in bulk)

I just did this, I bought a siren, hooked up directly up to a power supply and plug the power supply into a smart outlet. Works fine. the only trick is to match up the voltage and current requirements of the siren with an appropriate power supply.

The siren was this: Honeywell Wave 2 siren
Takes 12 volts, 500 milliamp. Pretty sure I used this power supply (I've been buying a lot of power supplies lately) DC 12V 3A Power Adapter which was gross overkill (I would have been fine with a 1A) but it was handy, and I might hook up a flashing light too.

The siren does want to be hardwired, but I had a bunch of these power jack adapters so I put a female one on the siren so I could swap power supplies or add an extension easily.

You’ll need a 12v3a power adapter and then you’ll need an EIAJ-04 adapter

Edit: those little shits are hard to find but if that link doesnt work for whatever reason or they are sold out because i couldn’t see the price since i don’t have a login with them, just make sure you’re getting the EIAJ-04 plug barrel,
