I ordered a low tone horn to compliment the Miata's high tone, and installed it on the other side of the radiator support. I wired mine directly into the OEM horn with no issues. It's twice as loud now and sounds like the horn on a much larger car. I was woried the stock relay/fuse wouldn't handle two horns, but I've had no issue, and I use my horn a lot.
Small air horns are a popular choice due to their high volume and pitch, but where I live it's too cold for air horns to always work, and I don't like the delay air horns have. I still wanted to be able to use my horn to give short toots, not just long blasts.
Fiamm if you want a cheaper alternative to the stebel. You can combine the low and high note if you want, or just use one.
They make some louder aftermarket horns for the bikes that can actually be heard at highway speeds.
