I'd say my number 1 item under $5 is NYX Butter Lip Gloss in Raspberry Tart because the color is gorgeous and the formula is better for my busy mornings at work.
The second most favorable item would be these lashes because falsies are the one thing I've yet to master and I could use all the practice!
The 3rd item would be this blending sponge because I've yet to try one.
