Google maps for me this month (and I've used it as a sat nav a couple of times) has used 2.45MB if 1.02GB.

I have this in my car to mount it and it's amazing. It's the perfect strength to hold it in place even on more sudden stops (no emergency stop testing yet thankfully) but light enough you don't feel you're putting in effort to take it off.

Get an in car charger and you're good.

My car has a button that over bluetooth triggers google assistant/siri and I just ask it to take me to "address".

I have had too many problems with vent mounted ones and the suction ones cover too much of the screen.
