I bought some subtle pride earrings on Amazon recently. Specifically for work (I work in a conservative place).

Edit: here is the necklace I bought. They have stuff for bisexual, transgender, and nonbinary people as well as some patriotic stuff (US based). The artist seems to accept requests as well (she made me earrings to match the necklace) so if you have an idea for something you can just ask :)
