I swear by these dell laser mice.... 15 bucks on amazon. I've got one and home and at work. I've been using the one at work for 5 years now.

Reviews I found say it shits itself above 1.5m/s, but it doesn't seem too bad. It is double the price I asked for though. It's also more expensive than the superior G400.

I can't find any information about this mouse at all.
I actually wouldn't get one at $20. My criteria is on-the fly dpi adjustment which is why I have a Logitech G9x (its very nice).
However, on a lower price end I might go for the Logitech G300 at $40.
That said, my office mouse is an OEM dell mouse with adjustable dpi (up to 1600), laser optics, and by tweaking the /etc/modules file I can increase the poll rate (if I actually wanted to).
