I second the blower motor, had the exact same experience with hitting it. If you want a more direct hit, kneel down next to where your feet go with a flashlight and look to the upper right of where your right foot would sit. You'l see this up there. Tap it with your foot while driving to see if it fixes the issue. When it does, just order it and replace it yourself. All it takes to replace it is disconnect the one plug, then grab the whole thing and give it a quarter turn.
