this. Seems expensive, it's from a douschey brand, but trust. The little bottle has lasted me nearly three years now (i too have a windowless bathroom).
One or two drops and that's it. Plus guests and ladyfriends laugh at the sight of it in a good way.
Cheap sprays or scent basins just smell super chemically and awful. Another recommendation which is cool are the mist atomizers that light up. You basically drop the same essential oils and they evaporate into the air. This bullshit. Next, toss this shit into your bowl and you'll be all right.

It's not a frequency thing, it's a light thing. My nightlight doesn't shine on the toilet so my aim is off. If I sit, I'm too old and fat to want to struggle getting back up. I usually pee in the sink but the rest of the family frowns upon that.
