Phanteks Enthoo Luxe
The case i recommended is a great case with lots of premium features and large amounts of space and airflow. It doesn't come with any LEDs or fans with LEDs in them but it does have a large side panel and you could add your own lighting as you see fit and it should look pretty good.

Here's my take on it.
400 over budget but ultimately going to be worth it. Nice, fast SSD for OS and programs loading with a nice 4 x 1TB 10k rpm drives for raid 5 for redundancy and performance increase. All with a motherboard with 6 sataIII 6GBps ports for maximum bandwidth.
the CPU/Motherboard are both placeholders (prices will probably go up when they come out, as it's more cores, newer, etc).
Nice aftermarket Closed Loop Watercooler for eventual overclocking and cool temps at stock clocks or otherwise.
maxed out ram. Can save some money by dropping to a 4x8GB 32GB kit.
780ti, as it is the best power with cuda cores for the money, and you can add two more at later intervals to decrease render times even further within those applications that support cuda rendering.
Finally, the luxe case you wanted as well as a powerful PSU (overkill, like you requested) that you can use down the line to add in the extra GPU's you'll likely eventually add to it.
Win8.1Pro and a BDRW drive for kicks.
I think this is gonna be your best bet here.
