Convenient for on-the-go repairs; it packs a powerful grip in a portable sizeGreat for smaller repairs or projects. It is made to stick to rough, uneven, unforgiving surfaces. Can also be used for clamping surfaces together.Double-Thick Adhesive; Grips smooth, rough and uneven surfacesTough, Reinforced Backing; The tight weave contributes to the heft, but Gorilla Tape can still be ripped by handRugged, Weather-Resistant Shell; Withstands moisture, UV rays and temperature extremes
Your interest in carrying first aid stuff is good, but it says "I want to be prepared for slight inconveniences" not actual first aid. You're obviously more likely to come across a need for light first aid treatment for cuts and scrapes, but carrying all of that stuff around with you seems a little excessive. That's like paper cut or pinched finger "ouch" stuff. You can always worry about antiseptic cream and band aids later.
I'd recommend pairing down your first aid stuff in order to get you more serious, effective, and multi-use gear for the limited space you have. Carry 1" Gorilla tape, even half a roll re-rolled around a pencil or something if you want to save space. It has hundreds of uses, including emergency medical, and it's much stronger than generic medical tape.
EDC first aid, if you choose to carry anything, should really be focused on emergencies in my opinion. You should focus on carrying stuff that would get you or a loved one out of a serious situation. You're cool with carrying a larger volume of stuff that pockets can't typically hold, so in that case, you should have at least one tourniquet (and learn how to properly use it). TQs are pretty cheap, and don't take up much space if you're already carrying a fanny pack. Then get rid of the standard wound dressing pad in favor of combat gauze.
Sounds harsh, but I'm just trying to be helpful. A few small changes and you can shift the focus from those "ouch" annoyances that can be ignored until later to "shit just got real and I might die" supplies. Not as likely to need them, but if you do those Bandaids won't help.
If you use duct tape, try this Gorilla tape. It's much stickier and stronger than regular duct tape and just 1 inch wide.

A LBS recommended Gorilla tape as a tubeless rim tape. You can use a large roll and make a custom size, but this pre cut 1" wide tape worked awesome on my 29" wheels. Mine have sealed up quite nice.

Things I forgot to buy were:
Syringe 10ml
extension cord
strong tape
timer
room temp monitor
$40 at most, & that's buying enough sealant for several wheels. Oh, & add the cost of a roll of 1" gorilla tape. http://www.amazon.com/Gorilla-6100101-Tape-To-Go/dp/B001E5ZWT4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1463517450&sr=8-1&keywords=1+gorilla+tape
always handy gorilla tape
Warning: It's an add-on.

Redoing the tape normally is how I fix a tire that wont seat. I use Gorrila tape specifically this 1" wide version. No cutting necessary! Quick note, if your internal rim width is larger then 35mm you will need a wider piece of tape. Go all the way around twice and you should be good! Sounds weird but I redo my rim tape each time I change tires, which means every 3-4 months. In my non scientific opinion, older tape compresses which makes it easier for your tire to burp and makes it hard to seat. So even if you are not changing tires, once you start to have problems with psi, it might be time to retape.

Not sure I did this right? Damn Loch Ness monster
Nice work! You should be proud! I hope you post some pictures of her in action when you take her out for her first run. If you haven't already, you might want to invest in a decent patch kit, since all inflatables eventually get a hole in them. This stuff works pretty well if you can wait till overnight for it to cure. I also always carry a role of gorrila tape when I'm tubing for an instant fix that will get me home.
I've converted 2 pairs of non-tubeless rims with tubeless tires using plain ole Gorilla tape -- the 1" size fits most rims perfectly -- and Stans sealant. Next time I do it though, I'd like to try the Orange sealant. Both pairs of tires work great. No need for a special kit.
This name brand one seems pretty cheap, and I think the project pictured would take less than two full rolls.
