I'm going to pick 5 great albums, and for the most part they represent my favorites, but these will be somewhat more accessible than other stuff I could dig up. Sorry for the US links, but I didn't want to presume too much. I figure you'll be downloading from elsewhere anyway.

This is going to be combination ska/rocksteady/reggae, because sometimes the lines aren't so clear.

Skatalites - Guns of Navarone/Best of (absolutely essential)

The Slackers - The Question (youngish guys playing old styles)

Tim Armstrong (with the Aggrolites) - A Poet's Life (Rancid's singer backed by the incredible Aggrolites)

Chris Murray - Yard Sale (One man band. my favorite song of all time is Let There Be Peace)

Slapstick - Slapstick/25 Songs (third wave, kinda punky stuff)
