Alright, got bunch of stuff for you

[$1250] HP Omen (Benchmark) - Alright so this one is way over budget, I'm not recommending you to buy this right now. However, this PC regularly goes on sale for around $1100. In fact, it was on sale only a week ago but only recently went back up. My gut feeling is that it will once again drop in price for Black Friday. FOUND IT! [$994] HP Omen The PC below will have around the same performance but I felt it was worth mentioning because I've personally owned this tower and can vouch that it's great.

[$1100] iBuyPower CylonNE (Benchmark) - Unfortunately over budget, it has a i5 8400 (which is actually better than the i7 6700 in the video (i7 6700 Bench, i5 8400 Bench)). The main upside is the 1070 which is really great and imo future proof for the foreseeable future (unless ray-tracing really takes off, I don't think it will for a few years).

[$800] HP Pavilion (Benchmark) - It's going to do fine with Fallout 76, don't expect anything too great but considering this PC has a i5 8400 (which is better than the i3 8100 in the benchmark) you can expect it to perform marginally better.

[$750] Dell Inspiron 5680 - Literaly last minute add, $50 cheaper than the one above, figured I'd give you both just so you can have options with the brands.

Definitely wait for Black Friday, it'll be your best bet for deals. Don't settle for anything less than an i5 8400 (or equal in performance) or a 1060. Good luck!

Edit: Formatting, I messed up :(
